This delightful fully furnished one bedroom apartment is in the historic Davilak Tavern complex, which was built around 1900. The apartment has the old style high ceilings, a balcony overlooking the courtyard, and just oozes charm (please note that although part of the Davilak complex, the apartment itself is in a separate wing with separate entrance, and there is no intrusion of noise from the Tavern).

Location

South Beach, cafes and  parks are all just around the corner, and a CAT bus stop (free bus service around Fremantle) is about a hundred metres away. A short stroll up South Terrace takes you to art and craft galleries, shops and restaurants - there are few places that offer such wonderful facilities within a short walk. If you are looking for delightful life-style accommodation, it doesn't get any better than this.

The apartment has a separate lounge room, kitchen, toilet, bathroom and bedroom. Facilities include ceiling fans, reverse cycle air conditioning, TV, DVD, stereo, washing machine, clothes dryer, cook top, microwave/convection oven, BBQ, outdoor setting, fridge, double bed, wardrobes, settee, table and chairs. Free wireless internet is available.

Rates

The rent is $350 per week and this includes wireless internet, electricity, gas and water.

The minimum rental period is 3 months.
